Current processing time is 7-10 days. You will be notified when your order is received and when your order is shipped.
All Semi-custom and Custom orders will require approval before the final piece is made. Please check your email for approval requests.
Please notify us immediately if your product is damaged or incorrect. We want to make sure you LOVE your purchase as much as we do. We will not issue a new product or refund without the original piece. If corrections or replacements need to made, we will email you a return shipping label.
